Responsibilities
- Process in-person and remote transactions with precision and efficiency
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions using digital tools
- Support digital banking platforms for remote customer assistance
