Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards for executive leadership.
- Perform deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Treasury) to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and external audit schedules.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel (VBA, PivotTables, advanced formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
