Responsibilities

- Develop monthly/quarterly financial reports and executive dashboards
- Create accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
