Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Generate and send accurate monthly invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software and payroll systems.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
