Responsibilities
- Assist in daily bookkeeping operations and transaction recording.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts accurately.
- Prepare basic financial reports and maintain spreadsheets using Excel.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with payroll processing support and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
- Willingness to learn new software and financial processes quickly.
