Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize invoice workflows using SAP and Oracle systems
- Collaborate with global procurement teams on payment terms
- Conduct month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledgers
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in remote settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
