Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reports within 48 hours
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms and discounts
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Analyze aging reports to optimize cash flow and early payment incentives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- SAP or Oracle AP module certification a plus
- Proven track record in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical skills with AP automation experience
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
