Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments
- Implement process improvements to reduce payment cycles by 20%
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor contract terms
- Prepare month-end closing reports and accruals
- Automate invoice workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct internal audits for compliance and fraud prevention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in accounts payable with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
