Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite and SAP systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Train AP associates on process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years accounts payable experience in remote/hybrid settings
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite/SAP and Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and fraud prevention
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication for vendor negotiations
