Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and federal/state tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Conduct internal audits to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
