- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll processing, and month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis for operational accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Ensure accurate tax filings and regulatory compliance
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
