Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analyses
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic planning initiatives
- Streamline financial processes through automation and efficiency improvements
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or progress toward certification highly valued
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
