Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal review.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with local and federal tax laws.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management and budget forecasting.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with high discipline.
