Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and financial modeling
- Conduct audits and reconcile bank accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Optimize financial processes using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
