Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and internal financial controls
- Conduct variance analysis, budget forecasting, and financial modeling for business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning, audits, and tax preparations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in month-end closing, audit preparation, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote and on-site teams
