Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client financial accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 48-hour turnaround
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Provide financial insights to clients via virtual consultations
- Maintain organized digital client files in secure cloud systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
