What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of federal and state tax returns and compliance filings.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reports efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage (Advanced Excel skills a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
