Job Description
Join Nexus Labs at the forefront of human-computer interaction evolution. We're seeking a pioneering Quantum UX Researcher 2026 to decode tomorrow's digital experiences before they exist. Shape how humanity interfaces with emerging quantum computing interfaces, neural-integrated AR, and consciousness-driven AI systems. This isn't just research—it's reality engineering.
You'll collaborate with quantum physicists, neuroscientists, and futurists to develop predictive user models for technologies that don't yet exist. Our Austin innovation hub offers unparalleled resources including a quantum simulation lab and neural interface testing suites. If you thrive at the intersection of cognitive science, bleeding-edge tech, and philosophical UX design, this is your calling.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct cognitive-behavioral studies for quantum computing interfaces using neural mapping technology
- Develop predictive UX frameworks for consciousness-driven AI interaction paradigms
- Create quantum-entangled user journey maps for multi-dimensional AR experiences
- Lead cross-disciplinary sprints with quantum physicists and neuroengineers
- Build temporal user models predicting interaction patterns for 2026+ technologies
- Author whitepapers on quantum UX principles for IEEE and ACM publications
- Prototype neural-integrated interfaces using our quantum development environment
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching next-gen interfaces (quantum computing, neural AR, AI consciousness)
- Proficiency in quantum UX modeling tools and neural interface development
- Published work in ACM CHI, IEEE VR, or Nature Human Behaviour
- Expertise in temporal user research methodologies and predictive behavioral analytics
- Experience with consciousness-driven AI interaction design frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum-entangled user journey mapping
- Ability to operate at the intersection of theoretical physics and practical UX design
