Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical research with practical quantum applications
- Lead cross-functional projects in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international quantum conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
