Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market shifts
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for investors and industry partners
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets in emerging tech verticals
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term tech strategy
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Assessment preferred
