Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state wage laws and IRS regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframes
- Prepare quarterly payroll reports and year-end forms (W-2, 1099)
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Participate in quarterly payroll audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to learn payroll systems through paid training
- Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
