Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable and general ledgers
- Process payroll transactions and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements monthly
- Assist in preparing month-end closing reports and financial summaries
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and financial analysis
- Support annual audits by providing accurate documentation
- Communicate financial updates to department managers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with 10-key and numerical accuracy
