Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees semi-monthly
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and deductions
- Implement payroll system upgrades and process improvements
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership
- Train team members on payroll procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now or Ceridian certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Strong knowledge of federal/state labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
