Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance systems, resolving discrepancies within 24 hours
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Prepare and file payroll tax forms (941, 940, state quarterly reports)
- Process garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations monthly
- Support year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s, 401k contributions)
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems
- Deep understanding of FLSA, FICA, and Arizona state labor laws
- Proven ability to manage confidential data with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
