Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried/hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and garnishment regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/yearly reports
- Manage new hire onboarding for payroll documentation
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and 401(k) contributions
- Implement process improvements using Excel and Power BI
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and Georgia labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PIVOT TABLES
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- HRIS system proficiency (Workday/BambooHR a plus)
- CPP certification or equivalent
