Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Support budgeting and planning processes through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly performance dashboards
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and financial modeling)
- Experience with financial reporting tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
