Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and filing deadlines
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/quarterly payroll reports
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within 24-hour SLA
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation audits and system upgrades
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records in compliance with SOX requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance documentation
