Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems and benefit enrollments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent HRIS expertise
- Deep knowledge of federal/state tax laws and FLSA compliance
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with multi-state payroll and year-end processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
