Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and analyze operational data.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
