Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis explanations.
- Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
