You'll manage end-to-end payroll processing for 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional financial services.

Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (KY, OH, IN)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee payroll inquiries
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in multi-state payroll compliance (KY, OH, IN)
- Proficient with Excel and payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee data
