As a Financial Analyst, you will be the gatekeeper of our financial health, providing insights that shape our budgeting strategies and forecasting models. If you possess a sharp eye for detail and a passion for numbers, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process across departments, ensuring all financial data aligns with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex financial data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and implement automation tools to streamline reporting and increase operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present clear and concise financial insights to senior management and non-financial teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to GAAP, internal policies, and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI is a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, spot anomalies, and draw logical conclusions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial jargon into business strategies.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
