Responsibilities

  • Process semi-monthly payroll for all employees using [Payroll Software], ensuring accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions.
  • Prepare and file federal and state payroll tax returns (Form 941, W-2s, W-3s) and maintain compliance with Nevada and federal regulations.
