Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately for 200+ employees bi-weekly
- Manage employee timesheets and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations
- Handle payroll tax filings and year-end reporting
- Assist with new hire onboarding and payroll setup
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now payroll software
Qualifications
- No payroll experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
