Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance records, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, FICA, and NC state payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and HR stakeholders
- Generate payroll reports for executive and auditing purposes
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Strong understanding of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance documentation
