Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
- Develop and maintain payroll policies aligned with FLSA and state regulations
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll transitions
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Optimize payroll workflows through process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep understanding of FLSA, DOL, and IRS payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Experience implementing payroll system upgrades
