Responsibilities
- Execute complex financial transactions with precision and fraud awareness
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA regulations and bank security protocols
- Lead teller training initiatives for new team members
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with exceptional diplomacy
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Contribute to branch performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume teller experience with cash handling expertise
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Proven track record in referral generation and sales achievement
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- BA in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
