Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll requirements
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Implement payroll process improvements using SAP SuccessFactors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Ability to maintain 100% accuracy in high-volume processing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
