Responsibilities
- Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Texas state tax regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll-related audits
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Deep understanding of FLSA, garnishments, and deduction rules
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in flexible or remote work environments
