Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly
- Utilize ADP and QuickBooks Payroll for data processing
- Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll systems
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll compliance requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
