Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage time and attendance records, resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for client review
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding/offboarding processes
- Document payroll procedures and maintain audit-ready records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with California labor laws and tax regulations
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability during core business hours (10 AM - 2 PM)
