Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- FPC or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Detail-oriented with 100% accuracy in tax calculations
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and state-specific labor laws
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
