- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using provided ADP and Ceridian systems
- Manage tax filings, wage garnishments, and compliance documentation
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with provided financial tools
- Administer benefits enrollments and deductions via dedicated HRIS portal
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams using integrated communication platforms
- Implement process improvements using provided analytical software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- ADP/Ceridian certification or equivalent payroll system proficiency
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and FLSA regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and provided payroll software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with payroll audits and reconciliations
