Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance across all jurisdictions
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Generate payroll reports and analyze data for process improvements
- Handle employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and precision
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll audits
- Implement and maintain payroll system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and state wage regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
