Cincinnati Financial Group is seeking an immediate-hire Credit Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As a key member of our credit department, you'll evaluate loan applications, assess credit risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit data to determine loan eligibility
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for portfolio management
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for early warning signs of delinquency
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure competitive credit solutions
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Present credit recommendations to senior management for approval
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and credit metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CFA, CMA) preferred
