  • Administer time & attendance systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare/review payroll tax filings and year-end W-2s
  • Conduct payroll audits and implement process improvements
  • Support HRIS system maintenance and data integrity
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries with SLA adherence
  • Collaborate with finance team on financial reporting

Qualifications

  • 3+ years US payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HRIS
  • Familiarity with FLSA, garnishment laws, and ACA compliance
  • Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
