Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across multiple states
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with GL entries
- Prepare and submit year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and audit reports
- Support HR initiatives through time-off tracking and benefits administration
- Implement process improvements using payroll analytics and automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, Paychex, or comparable payroll systems
- Familiarity with FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- CPP certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
