Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 150+ employees across multiple states using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and 401(k) deductions with 99.9% accuracy
- Onboard new hires with payroll setup and benefits enrollment
- Reconcile payroll accounts and audit timesheet data weekly
- Respond to payroll inquiries within SLA standards
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and compliance updates
- Prepare quarterly/annual payroll reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems
- Familiarity with Kentucky and federal tax regulations
- Proven track record of error-free payroll processing
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
