Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CO, KS, NM)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union payroll complexities
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end tax filings (1099/W-2)
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and payroll policy updates
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, CO labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll analytics
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
