Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across CA, OR, and WA
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconcile GL entries
- Lead year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s, 401k reconciliations)
- Implement process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Collaborate with HRIS team on system integrations
- Train managers on payroll policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now and SAP HR modules
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Power BI
- Deep knowledge of CA, OR, and WA payroll regulations
- Experience with 401k and HSA administration
- Proven track record of process optimization
